What a weekend it is!! First I have to show you photos of my son. For some kids getting a hair cut is a MAJOR effort…well, it is for my son! He loves it when HE decides he needs it, but if he doesn’t….good luck! Well, we finally got him to decide and here is what happened!! He looks great (but started to get a bit flustered with mom taking photos!)!!
Along with everything else that happened this weekend there is something special that came in the mail!! I am a part of a wonderful group, Creative Bartering. Here is what I sent her (for her daughter) and what I received (for my kids). They saw them when I set them out to take a photo and have already tried them on, but they can’t have them until the weather gets colder!! 🙂 I love doing trades!! This is the second with this talented artist (Beverly Symes Designs) and I have to say….there might be more in the future!!
If you didn’t see it on Friday here is a final working photo from my brown Jasper necklace. I’ll have some better photos for you tomorrow, but here is what I did to it… and I have to say I LOVE IT!!
And here is the new project I pulled out. For some reason I have been obsessed with RED lately!! And I just can’t get it out of my system. So, here is a RED glass center that is sure to cure my thoughts!! Tomorrow I’ll show you some handmade beads that I am going to create with and also a review on a new item!! This will be fun!! BUT, please don’t forget that I extended the sale until tonight, but you MUST hurry, it ends tonight!!

Looking fabulous he is! My son also has issues about the hair deal right now he is refusing to cut it and it is quite the curly Afro looking mop getting him to take care of it is the problem now but ah well the trials we go through Anyway, beautiful trades and I bet that red piece will look wonderful when it’s done!

Love your son’s new hair cut! Nice trade! They will keep that hands warm. Love the colors you chose to go with the red glass center. They remind me of the colors in the red leaves here in the fall.
