Today I feel like a NEW person! After the AMAZING words from my followers yesterday I am even more motivated and inspired than ever!! Thank you to all those that commented and all those that simply read my blog! I have to say, I am no longer questioning my daily posts….if anything I am more encouraged to make them even better!!!
Yesterday I asked if anyone knew this beautiful lady, and several of you did (from my interview and posts last year – or from reading her amazing books). Well, I have news for you all, I am going to be given a early release of her newest book – Firefly Island!!! I am so very excited! I have already read the first to in this set – Blue Moon Bay and Larkspur Cove. Actually, I have re-read them with the anticipation of the new book to come out!! But, here is the big news……. I will not only be doing a review, I will also be able to release the first couple of chapters for you to read (yes, to get you hooked… and you WILL), and then finally, I will be giving away a copy of this amazing book! So, want to keep coming back and checking out my blog??? I know you do!! 🙂
Here it is…. my newest listing!! I named her Linnea, which is also the name of a small pink mountain flower, I thought it fit. I know many of you watched this one grow on my Fan Page or Google+ page. You can watch the video of this being made – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xub8Vt-tX2A – on my YouTube channel.
SO, WHAT DO YOU THINK??
So, you know what a new listing means, right?? It means I get to start something new!! Yep, I already have the colors and image in my mind…. here it is!!
Today’s featured artist is: Imagine-It-In-Glass. This amazing artist has such a wide range of creations that it was very difficult to choose just one to feature on this page, however, I fell in love with this one! A lifetime of creating with glass – in one form or another – shows in each of this artist creations. With a recent move down to Florida it is easy to see that the sun, ocean and good ‘Florida’ vibes will only make these creations even better!! And the name, you really must go read the BIO page to find out where the name for this great studio came from. Remember to always support handmade artists!!
And now, for my parting quote of the day;
From a daughter to her mother –
You have no idea how much you taught me when I was trying so hard not to learn!
