Fascinating Friday 3/1/13

On this wonderful Friday I would like to thank Ms. Linda Lewis – Creative Artworks Blog one more time!! She did such a wonderful review of my bracelet and then ran this amazing give-a-way for me!

A winner has been chosen and the creation will be on it’s way to it’s new home shortly!!!  I was also sent some of the comments that were left – for the question of your favorite item in my studio….. just look at these…. *blush* *blush* *giggle* *giggle*!!!

Prehnite and Copper “Oh My” OOAK set. She loves the color of the beads
and how they opo/whine (?) with the copper. She loves OOAK.
Ribbons of Love Bracelet. (She has already bought the Ribbons of Love
Necklace and the Elegant Lady Bracelet.)
Live Life to the Fullest Purple Dragonfly Necklace – The colors are
soothing and dragonflies are a favorite. The ‘secret’ message under the
dragonfly on the pendant is very special.
Waving American Flag – It’s hard to find a flag bracelet.
Lazy Day of the Hummingbird bracelet – Large hummingbird fan and the
bracelet is pretty and intricate.
Shiny Tulip in the Sun Shine of Day Beadwoven Bracelet – perfect for the
upcoming warmer seasons.
Heart with Flowers bracelet – it’s beautiful. I love the colors in it.
They just jump at you.
Vintage style Brass Art Cuff Bracelet – Marie Antoinette – It’s like
nothing I’ve ever seen and it’s so beautiful.
Swarovski crystal multicolor spring – it’s so pretty!
Chrysocolla beadwoven necklace – blue and green – this perfectly fits to
a workaholic like me to relieve stress and promote initiative.
Talk about being flattered!
Here it is row 78, growing row by row and now you can see it ‘growing’ on my Fan Page or Google+ page throughout the day.
Here is another Book for Beaders give-a-way.   Click on the photo to go enter!!!
REMEMBER, you can TWEET each day to add to your ‘entry’ count!!!

Today’s featured artist is; Knit-By-Design.  This wonderful artist was taught by her mother to knit when she was only 7.  Like many of us she loved knitting while she grew up, but then ‘life gets in the way’ and she drifted from it.  Once she picked up the needles again, it was all over.  She has now turned a passion that her mother inspired into an amazing studio where she sells her creations.  Please go visit her studio, find something you love it wont be hard) and then support this great handmade artist!!
Today I would like to leave you with this thought:
Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
