Mirrix Loom Project (almost done) and New #GiveAWay

OH MY, what a weekend.  My son has gone to camp…and the house is already too quiet!  At 11 years old my son is always ‘on’ unless he is asleep!  I guess I’ll just have to ‘talk non stop’ to my daughter to make up for it!! BUT, that does mean that I got a LOT of beading done!!  Want to see?  Just look at how far I got on my beautiful face (inspired by Katerina Art (Katerina Koukiotis) art) and using my Big Sister Loom with the No Warp-Ends Kit from Mirrix Looms!

I was also able to get the frame and backing for it…so when it is done I should be able to just ‘assemble’ and do a photo shoot….I hope!! So, please remember that you can check out my Facebook Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page throughout the day to watch updates and working photos.

I ran a little mini contest to see how many people were actually reading my posts….and who commented.  I have to say I was thrilled and disappointed at the same time!  Thrilled to have a few FAITHFUL and SUPPORTIVE fans; Keri Le Pensee, Jessica Lane, Beth Hintz and Virginia Accurso (your certificate codes have been sent via email).  But also very disappointed to find out that many many MANY people don’t ready the posts!!  I know that it seems small, but everyday I write these posts and put a LOT of thought and time into them….and they are only getting actually read by 5 people!!  HUM….what to do about that!  I think I’ll have to do something to bring up ‘reader participation’!  How about a give-a-way?  That usually gets people excited!! Ready?  OK, let’s DO THIS!!
