Good MORNING!! It may be FRIDAY…but all that means is that I get to bead the day away!! Today I have a New Listing-you guessed it-the Yellow & Green Dragons Vein Agate Creation that I have been working on this week!! Which means I will be starting something new today…I will be starting the sample of the Koi Fish Pond pattern from the Monthly Beadwoven Art in a Bag kit!! Then I will have the listing of the Monthly kit for you to take a look at 🙂 Shall we get started!! I know I am ready and excited to get this day rolling 😉
Since I finished and was able to take the photos of the yellow & green creation, I started something new…the sample of the pattern for the Monthly Beadwoven Art in a Bag today. So far, in the first 5 rows that I have done, you can see multiple shades and hues in greens for the pond. This kit comes with a lot of colors…I believe there are 30 different color delica beads used in this pattern!! Here it is!! The New Listing for today!! It is called Yellow & Green Dragon Vein Beadwoven Wearable Art Necklace. I have to say, that Dragon Vein Agate Stones are fast becoming one of my favorite stones!! The design and the almost ‘cracked’ look of the veins give the stone an amazing and dimensional look. This particular one, is mostly yellow, but it does have varying shades of green in it as well…when you look closely!! There is a hint of a metallic black in there as well, so I used beads that reflected that! Then there is the strap, which brings the whole look together…it is a simple twist herringbone strap that reflects a ‘snake’ like or ‘dragon’ like look! And now for April’s NEW Beadwoven 5×7 Art in a Bag…It is now up and listed in my shop!!! What is a Beadwoven Art in the Bag, you may ask?
