Hello!! How is everyone doing today?!?! Did you all see yesterday what happened?!?! I was almost finishing the main part of the bezel for the Rainbow Sea Horse and not once, not twice, but three times a bead broke while trying to close the last row of the bezel!!!! Wow!!! SO….I decided to put it to the side for now and I started a New WIP of a Black and Orange gemstone…which I will show you where I am on that today 🙂 Since I do not have a new listing for today, I decided to share with you all another pattern that is available in my shop and along with that, the available monthly kits!! Shall we get started?!?!… let’s go!
So, let me begin by showing you the New WIP of the Black & Orange Gemstone that I pulled out yesterday after having too many beads break on me, while working on the Rainbow Sea Horse!! This stone is just amazing and look at the crystallization in the orange part of the gemstone!! I love that it has the 2 colors in the stone. I am trying to work the black side of the stone with black delica beads and the orange side with orange delica beads…the orange side seems to be a little bit thicker than the black side…so let’s see if I can get this bezel on the gemstone without any glitches 🙂 REMEMBER, that you can check out my Facebook Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page throughout the day to watch updates and working photos!
Now, let’s move on to something else… If you saw one of my post from the previous week, you have seen that I am starting something new but not really new….I am going to be showing off some of the Patterns that I have available in my shop!! I have had this section in my shop for quite sometime, but I know some of you might not be familiar with it, so I decided to start sharing them here in my blog with you…not every day but I will try to share them every other day 🙂 I know some of you have bought my patterns already, and some are there because some of you asked me to create them for you, but gave me permission to keep in my shop and share with others! So now, I want to let others know as well…if you don’t see a pattern that you want…I can help you create it…no matter the size 😉
Today, the Pattern I want to share with you all is called “Sugar Skull”. With this Pattern, you will be given a colored chart and a word chart. The Delica colors that I have listed on the pattern are the colors that I have used in completing the design…they are there for reference but may be substituted if need be. This pattern is roughly the size of an 8×10 and is 2 step peyote 🙂 Here it is…

Now, let’s move on to the kits that I have available in my shop as of right now! As of right now, I have Two types of kits available in my shop!! I have The Re-visit of past kits for the Monthly Beadwoven 5×7 Art in a Bag kit with patterns from January-May, which will be available until June 23rd. And now, as of yesterday, I have the new pattern for the Peyote Bracelet of the Month Kit!!
First, we have the Re-visit of the Art in a Bag kits!! Some of you may have missed these one of a kind patterns from the past few months, so I am giving one last chance to grab up these beautiful kits before they are put to rest 🙂 I have the Stained glass Rose, Koi Pond, and the Stained Glass Lily’s available now UNTIL the 23rd of JUNE then shipped on June 30th!! I also, did something crazy!! I decided to also put in there the Jack and Sally Pattern as a KIT TOO!! This is the 1st time I am doing a bonus kit that was not previously available…and this will be the only time it will be available-SO make sure you grab it up while you can!!( Pattern only is also available in my shop for Jack and Sally) Remember, these kits will come with everything you need to make these patterns…you will get a word chart, all the delica beads needed, and the canvas in which to mount it, when the peyote art is done!! Make sure in the comments section of the checkout, you choose what letter kit/s you want…otherwise one will be chosen and sent for you!
The second type of kit now available in my shop is the Peyote Bracelet of the Month kit. This month’s kit features a wolf howling at the moon. I had a little difficulty with the pattern at first, getting it to a place where I loved it and it could be easily seen, but now…I love how this pattern turned out…and as always…my daughter claimed the first sample I made of this bracelet. For those of you new to my kits, when you purchase one of my kits, you will be getting everything you need to complete this bracelet…which means, you will get the word chart, all the delica beads needed, the findings for the bracelet, and the needle. You will have to have some kind of beading mat, thread, and scissors at home 🙂 The colors in the kits are subject to availability and they are now available to order until July 10th!! The kits will be mailed out on/by the 18th of July…and remember this pattern is only available to this Kit…it is not available to purchase separately!!
