Talented Tuesday 12/16/14 (CrossStitchCards, Fireworks and Give-A-Ways)

Today I will be working on my Fireworks bracelet, doing laundry and maybe even putting the roast in the crock-pot….maybe!!  Beading and finishing Christmas gifts seems to take over my time right now….the dishes can wait!! 🙂  Do you ever feel overwhelmed?  Like there isn’t enough time in each day to create all the things you would like to??  I already don’t sleep much, now I am dreaming of the projects that I have still to do…..but at least they are happy dreams full of beads!! 🙂
Just look at how this bracelet is coming along!!! I have to say that this will make someones NEW YEAR special!!  You can come over to my Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page  were I post ‘working’ photos throughout the day!!
If you haven’t seen the 2014 Gift Guide, now is the time!!  You can find some of the most amazing handmade artists in this guide you have ever seen!!!  And they will be happy to help you with Christmas, after Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Day…….orders!! 🙂
I am proud to announce that I am part of this amazing group of artists that are doing a ACEO Swap and also a bunch of give-a-ways!!! Check out the give-a-way page – comment, like and share – all the art creations you would like to win and then go look at the SWAP page and just be amazed at the talent there!!

Today I am honored to introduce you to a friend and fellow artist; Ms. Gail Pither the owner/designer at CrossStitchCards.  This amazing artist started doing Cross stitch about 12 years ago.  It all started with a design out of a magazine, and then….. she fell in love with Cross Stitch!  I personally have given many of her cards out and it is easy to see the joy that people get when they open that envelope and see those cards (my mom frames them and puts them on her wall)!!
Now she deigns her own patterns (and sell them too) to create her beautiful cards, wall hangings and bookmarks.  The way she finished her cards just adds to the beautiful stitching that she does!!
Here are just a few of her designs, come back tomorrow and I’ll tell you more about her creations and shy I love them so much!! 🙂
Today I would like to leave you with this thought;

Hope itself is like a star – not to be seen in the sunshine of prosperity, and only to be discovered in the night of adversity.  ~Charles H. Spurgeon

    I love cross stitch! I started in 2000….my first design was a peacock because heaven forbid I start with something easy. Gail’s designs are beautiful.
