Talented Tuesday 12/2/14 (Split Pea Soup, Flower ACEO and BUTTERFLY)

For me there is so much more to Thanksgiving and the season than just the decorations!! I am so thankful – all year round – for all the amazing things I have in my life!  But, there is also the FOOOOOOD!! Yep! Strange, but for my family there are many traditions centered around food!!  So, I took the left over ham bone (from a family meal we had) and made Split Pea Soup.  I always laugh, because it is the worst looking food….I think….that you can eat, but it is one of the best!! It is healthy, low fat and tastes amazing!!  So, here is my Split Pea Soup!!!

Who was watching last night?  I finished one of the two ACEO’s I will be making for my swap, and I think I like it!!  It is so very eclectic and different from my usual style, but it has really ‘grown’ on me!!! And you (my fans) seem to really like it!! 🙂  Here it is – finished…
