WOW, is it really Thursday already??? OK, I am REALLY not ready for school to start! Yesterday I thought I was, but now…. NOPE!!! I love having my kids around…most of the time… and we have had a great summer. I can’t believe that my ‘little girl’ will be starting 8th grade and my Monster will be starting 3rd… when did that happen?? I am so excited for both of them, it is a BIG year for them.
Aye is getting ready to take the next step in her life – high school next year – and this year means a lot to her! Monster, he gets to start his new school this year (he will be going to a private school now) and is very excited about that!
Tomorrow I’ll be doing more school shopping….hopefully the last of it…and then, it is school time!
I thought that since everyone got such a kick out of me showing off my homemade meatballs the other day I’d show off last nights dinner. I call it Fried/baked chicken. My daughter says that doesn’t make any sense, but it is breaded like fried chicken and then put in the oven on a broiler pan to be baked….hence….Fried/baked Chicken! I added Mac and Cheese and fresh Zucchini! YUMMY!!!!

Although this isn’t a NEW listing, it is one that is fun!! This ‘little’ key chain can be used to put a photo in or even a list of emergency numbers for someone to hold on to!! And just LOOK at the price!!

OK, I almost always LOVE the projects I am working on, but I don’t usually smile and laugh through every row!! These little ‘minions’ are just toooooo cute!! I have already designed a second bracelet in this series and might even try for a third!! I hope that I am able to finish this one tonight, and get it listed in the morning!! Today’s featured artist is: Dune-Grass-Mosaics. This amazing artist started out hand-painting fabric, but then switched to doing these wonderful Mosaics.
