Oh my goodness, yesterday was a day.
I picked up my mom-in-law at the airport, finally got my truck back (after being worked on for 6 days) and went to Chuck E. Cheese’s for a school fundraising evening. As you can see I was a bit busy! Most of the ‘running around’ was done before Monster got home from school, so it wasn’t too bad.
Monster and I have been having a ‘love / hate’ relationship lately, so when our evening went so well, I was very happy. He also got his report card last week, as well, and I am so very proud of him. Although homework is always an issue with him sleeping like he does, it really has gotten better. I think that he is starting to get into the ‘school grove finally! Today’s freatured studio is SweetLoveCandles. I’ll tell you, with two kids – Aleecia and Antwan – I am not sure how Ms. Chetwan gets anything done, but just look at these candles! I am not sure I would be able to NOT eat them! They must smell as wonderful as they look! Please go check out her studio and remember, buy handmade, it is a great way to support other artist!!
