Hello!! Good Morning everyone!! I hope everyone is awake and refreshed for a new day…a fun filled, creative kind of day!! I know I am ready and excited to get the beads flowing today!! I don’t know if you all have seen where I am at with the WIP Umber Owl…but it is wow!!…Can’t wait to show you all 😉 Today I will be showing you a Wall art that I created a while back ago…Beads of the Queen and then I want to share with you a pattern from my shop as well as the Available beading Kits!! Let’s get to it….let’s start the flow of beads….
Over the weekend and yesterday, I managed to get quite a bit done on the WIP of the sample of the Umber Owl for this months Art in a bag kit!! Today I am kicking it off on row 170!! I can’t believe how many beads have already gone into this creation and there is still more to go!! Can you believe that at this point, there is a total of 7,980 little beads!! That just blows my mind away!! What do you all think of the colors in this piece? I absolutely love how the colors change and feed into one another!! Just look at it!!…I only have 30 more rows to go on this creation-let’s see how much I can get done today…REMEMBER, that you can check out my Facebook Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page throughout the day to watch updates and working photos!
I am excited to show you this next creation! It is something I made a while back but decided to show you all again and tell you a little more about it…the ‘Beads of the Queen Beadwoven Wall Art’ with hand painted Wood by Marsha Knox Art Expressions. This is a special piece…my best friend Marsha and I have been wanting to work on a piece together for a long time now and this is the creation we came up with together!! Marsha Knox painted the amazing background on this piece of wood with just this in mind-I needed it to be off to one side and I wanted to have Mardi Gras Colors!! She then handed me this board and I was instantly inspired!! I fell in love with the swirls and the colors immediately and knew that the pattern I would design would have to match her beautiful art…and I think with the final results, I did just that!! This amazing Art would make any spot in any room a conversational piece to always talk/remember about as well as show off a beautiful Mardi Gras theme…where would you put this in your home?
Next, how about I show you some of the patterns that I have in my shop! Some of you might already know that I have already made patterns in my shop for purchase, some of you might not…so I thought that it is a great opportunity through my blog, to share with you on occasion, the ones that I have already available!! These patterns are already created for you to follow along, whether it is single or double…you would receive the word chart with the suggested color delicas- that does not mean you have to use these colors…you may change them to what ever you would like 🙂 I know some of you have bought my patterns already, and some are there because some of you asked me to create them for you, but gave me permission to keep in my shop and share with others! Some of you already may know too, that if I don’t have a pattern here in my shop that you would like to do, that I can create one for you…so remember to just ask or send me a message if you need something special!!
Today, one of the Patterns I want to share with you all is called “Filigree Purple Green Yellow Pattern”. With this Pattern, you will be given a colored chart and a word chart. The Delica colors that I have listed on the pattern are the colors that I have used in completing the design…they are there for reference but may be substituted if need be. This pattern is roughly the size of 8.92 inches by 9.33 inches and is 2Drop peyote 🙂 Here it is…
Now, let’s move on to the kits that I have available in my shop as of right now! As of right now, I have TWO types of kits available in my shop!! First, I have the new pattern for the Monthly Art in a Bag Kit (5×7) which is up now until July 23rd!! And I now have the new pattern for the Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit available as well and this will be available until August 10th!!
First, let me tell you a little bit about this Month’s Monthly Art in a Bag Kit!! This kit is to make a 5×7 art work that when it is completed may be mounted to a canvas(with a clear crafting glue i.e. E6000) to hang up or framed or however you would like to finish it!! The kit I have for you all this month is an Umber Owl Pattern that will come with ALL the DELICA beads needed to complete the Art, the printed WORD pattern, and a Canvas to mount it to if you would like to! This pattern is exclusive only to the monthly art in a bag kit and will not be sold as an individual pattern. This particular pattern will be available UNTIL THE 23rd of July…so come and get yours now while it is available!! These kits will be mailed out by 8/1/19
Now it is time to tell you all about the New Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit for August!! I just LOVE how this pattern came out and I think you all will too!! This month’s pattern is Cave at Sunrise for the bracelet kit and I couldn’t be more thrilled than I am at how this pattern turned out… And like always my daughter claimed the first sample, but I will be working up another one to show you all soon 😉 With this Kit, you will receive all the delica beads needed for the pattern, the WORD chart of the pattern, and all the findings you will need to turn it into the finished bracelet!! Colors in the kits are subject to availability!! Remember, this pattern is exclusive to the monthly bracelet kits for august and will NOT be AVAILABLE for purchase separately!! This Kit is now available and you will have until the 10th of August to purchase!! These kits will be mailed out by the 18th of August!!
Today, I am hoping to finish up the Umber Owl Art and if I do…that means I will be starting something new for you all to see and have a Listing for tomorrow!! I am truly blessed to be able to create a life I feel I don’t need a vacation from…I hope you are all lucky enough-like I am- to do that!!
