First I would like to welcome you to my shop. I have been an avid beaded for over 40 years now and LOVE what I do. I can not think of anything I would rather do with my time other than spend time with my family! All of my items are one-of-a-kind originals and will not be duplicated (only exception is for custom orders – i.e. wedding parties, twins, etc). Please read through this page to find out what my business policies are.
I will accept payments through PayPal. I do require that if you purchase something you pay for it within 5 days. If you need more time or if there is a problem, please contact me immediately and I will try to work with you.
My items will be sent via USPS (United State Postal Service) First Class Service unless you have contacted me and made arrangements before you make your payment. This is the most inexpensive type of shipping and the quickest for the price. I will ship other methods, however, please contact me first.
Items will all be shipped inside their own gift box. If there is a purchase with more than one item they will all be shipped together. I also include a blank note card for you to personalize if the item is meant as a gift. A copy of your invoice or payment statement will be included, as well as, a Care Sheet for your Krafty Max Original Designed Item.

All my work is backed by a money back guarantee. I do however; give very detailed descriptions with each item along with photos. If there is a defect in the work or you did not receive what you think you should have please contact me.
Once your item is delivered you must contact me within 10 days for a return or refund due to item not being what you expected.
You have up to 3 months to report any defect or breakage in the work. I will gladly fix/repair defect or breakage that is due to NORMAL wear. An instruction sheet on how to take care of your Krafty Max Original creation is included in every purchase.
