Hello & Happy Monday 💕!! How is everyone doing?!?! I hope everyone is well and being able to take time out to do the things that they love as well as spend time with those they care about!! When I haven’t been having problems with my computer (it ended up going to the computer junk yard it was giving me so many problems), I have been enjoying myself with beading, working on patterns, going to shows/festivals and spending time with friends and family. I now finally have things re-set up (thank god for haveing the online services I have as well as my Drop Box account) and so I am back in the running and ready to go!! This blog post will will contain updates/news on the past three weeks (5/15-6/4). SO, without further ado, let’s get rolling and see what I was up to these past two weeks 😉.
On Monday, May 15th, I came back to my tray and ended up finishing the 2-drop peyote bracelet that I had been working on from the previous blog with only a few sets of rows that needed to be finished up…it was the pearls and flower bracelet. I ended up finishing that day and then getting ready for the next WIP to start off for the following day. I am not going to show the finished picture here on this blog post only because even before I finished it, I had already sold it!! So, we are going to continue on with the new WIP I started on Tuesday, May 16th. I started out with the first 10 rows (180 beads) with 2 colors already showing. At the end of this day, I had stopped at row 50 (900 beads) with 5 colors now showing. In this pattern I will be going for that stained glass look ☺. Wednesday the 17th, I kicked off at row 60 (1080 beads) and there is more of the cream color coming out. By the time I had to wrap it up for the day to get ready to do dinner and head out for my Bingo Night, I had gotten to row 100 (1800 beads) and now you could see more of the design of the stained-glass look…like a flower forming. Thursday, 5/18, I started my day off with row 110 (1980 beads), getting into more of some lighter to darker blues with a pink now ☺. When it was time to head off to fix dinner that day, I stopped at row 150 (2700 beads) and there you could see the flower formed inside the circle and not too much more to finish!! Unfortunately, that Friday (5/19) was a bummer day for me with the computer…it just did not want to cooperate and was not able to post for the day…I did bead but just was not able to show you all my progress 😔. I finished this bracelet and, with many scans and then some over the weekend of the computer and getting final pictures, was able to list it on Monday 5/22. So, let’s go ahead and take a look at some of those working photos and then the Listing of this Beautiful and Bold elegant and Stained-Glass Flower bracelet!!

After listing the last WIP on Monday 5/22, I got started with a New WIP of a 2-drop peyote bracelet with just 2 colors!! This WIP will be a fun, simple, yet elegant design when it is completed!! I started out with the first 10 rows (180 beads) and it was just background color…it will be as such for a bit but when you see what will come…it’ll be worth the wait to see 😉. At the end of the day before it was time to wrap up to get dinner, I managed to get to row 50 (900 beads) and there you go, can already see the 2nd color-still a little hard to tell what it will be at this point but by the next day’s additional rows, I think it’ll be easier to see!! By Tuesday morning (5/23) I was already hitting my day off with more additional rows at row 70 (1260 beads) and maybe a bit easier to see what the design will be…maybe to those that are really familiar but for those who are not, maybe not so much yet ☺. At hte end of that day, I managed to get to row 110 (1980 beads) and there you could definitely see what the design was… ballerina slippers!! Wednesday 5/24, I kicked my day off at row 120 (2160 beads) and the slippers were almost already done at that point and then just to add more of the background…a day of comfort beading!! By the end of the day, I was able to finish the design completely at row 160 (2860 beads) and even get the rest of the findings added and was able to get the final photos finshed to get the listing up the following day!! So, let’s look at some of those working photos and the get the look of the Listing too!!

Before I go on to the next WIP, let’s go ahead and check out some of those past monthly Kits!! I don’t have much left, but I do still have some kits for the monthly bracelets left in stock as well as some of the Art kits/tapestries. In the collages shown, I have tried to put what I had left, it might have changed as I have said, I have limited stock of these past kits, so, some of them might have already been sold…but click on those links and you can check out in my store what I do have left 😉.

Thursday, May 25, I decided to start the next new WIP…a different on for me…really has no set specific design to it…it will just be a mix for fun 😉!! I started out with the first 10 rows (160 beads). At the end of that day before heading off to get my dinner done, I managed to get to row 50 (800 beads) and I have to tell you all…it is sooooo hard for me to a ‘mix’because I am that person who is sooo used to using patterns and who does not like chaos, that it is just hard 😂!! On Friday, 5/26, I started off at row 70 (1120 beads)…the previous night was a NO sleep night so I was able to get several sets in and cleaned as well!! If you look at the photo for this row, you can see it is no set pattern and is just chaos. I was almost able to finish…got to row 110 (1760 beads) but I stopped to get my dinner going. Over that weekend, I managed to finish it then list it on Tuesday 5/30. Let’s look at some of those photos for now ♥ and then I will show you the listing.

When I came back to my beading tray on 5/30, I got to start a new WIP 💕!! In the first 10 rows(180 beads) you can see some pinks showing…2 different shades so far. By the end of that day (when it was time to get dinner started), I had 50 rows (900 beads) and now there was some yellow added in with the two shade of pink!! On Wednesday 5/31, I kicked my day off with row 70 (1260 beads) and now you can see the ear and bow of Hello Kitty!! This one will actually be a bookmark!! Before I knew it, it had been time to wrap it up for the night to get dinner and off to my Bingo night, so I ended up stopping off at row 100 (1800 beads) and there you could see most of her face (well half of her face anyways) and even what looks like the top part of her paw off to the side too!! Thursday 6/1, I started off at row 110 (1980 beads and there you could see her paw completely and the start of her 👚. At the end of that day, I got to row 150 (2700 beads) and her 👚 was done now working on her legs. Friday 6/2, I started my day off at row 160 (2880 beads) and now her legs were complete and just needed to finish adding background color to it!! I beaded all day and by the time I had to go and get dinner ready that evening, I was able to complete the Hello Kitty Bookmark at row 190 (3420 beads). Over the weekend I got it ready for final photos and listing…remember, you can always come and check out my pages @ Facebook Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page, to see where I am at or if I am starting something new!! Hello Kitty Inspired Bead Woven Bookmark
Time for an Update/News from My K~Max Klub Group and then wrap up for these past three weeks💕!! There are Bead alongs in our File tab page for anyone who is a memeber to check out if you are looking for a project to do…don’t forget to show them off here in our group if you work on any-it’s great inspiration for me and for all our fellow beaders 😉. Right now, if you have not heard, I am taking a break from doing the monthly kits and will re-visit them back in the late summer to early fall-I need to have enough sales of them to make it worth my time/money to be able to keep doing them ☺. Have you all heard?!?! I will be taking a month long vactaion coming up real soon and will not be posting during that time…even though I will not be posting, I will be re-hauling & REFRESHING everything…my site, my logo, everything!! For my vacation, I will probably be leaving mid June…I will be putting up a post about 2-3 days before I leave and a tentative end date of the vacation too. During that time, I will fulfill any orders that come in, but I will not be activley posting (maybe post a few photos or something while I am gone)but will be completely OFFLINE. That will wrap it up for everything KraftyMaxOriginals for the past 3 weeks, but I will be doing some beading this week and starting something new…so keep an eye out for what is to come!! I hope everyone is doing well and getting ready for the summertime (and some more creativity & fun hopefully 😉). Have a WONDERFUL Monday and an even better rest of the week!!
