Last week there were some issues with my site so I wasn’t able to post a blog for a couple of days. That means that I have LOTS to catch up with! First and foremost I have a big THANK YOU!! My mother (who is also VERY KRAFTY) created some amazing things for my kids!! My daughter (if you didn’t already know) is a HUGE Harry Potter fan. So my mother purchased some Authorized Logos and made her a purse/tote. Just look at this…the colors, the design…perfect!!
And then there is what she made for my son. He is a little more ‘tough’ so she picked up and amazing backpack and put the licensed Mine-Craft logos on it….and boy, was he excited!! THIS is the way to start off the school year!
But of course that isn’t all I have to tell you about! I have finished getting the kits together!! I’ll be listing them tomorrow and they will be going out by the end of the week! Just look at what you will be making! This is a great way for a beginner or more advanced student to learn/practice peyote stitch and create a great small piece of artwork! In the kit you will be provided with everything you need except scissors and white glue. There will even be a bead mat for you! So, watch out for tomorrow and purchase your kit early!! Here is what you will make…..
And of course, with the end of one creation I am able to start a new one!! Just look at the beads I have picked out for the next creation…..these are Lapis Lazuli!! I am in love!! Come on over to my Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page throughout the day and watch how this creation grows!

OK, should I show you one more thing? YES, I guess I will! I am so honored to have received this wonderful note from the National Guard. Do you remember me show off a few weeks ago when we were out at a Back to School Bash? My helpers and I were helping kids (mostly little ones) make bracelets/anklets while they were waiting in line for the supplies!! We had so much fun!! Well, here is the note I received! WOW!!

Wow, you have been really busy. Love the items your mom made for your daughter and son. Congratulations on the wonderful letter you received from the National Guard, you are a kind and caring person. My thoughts and prayers are flying high with yours for all those people in California battling the fires and also with those that are having to flee their homes and belongings in order to stay safe. I grew up in the San Joaquin Valley (Merced) and still have some family there (Atwater and Merced).
