Hello & Happy New Year 💕!! It’s been a while since I last posted a blog post, but I am finally back to posting…I hope everyone has had wonderful, filled times throughout the holidays and are ready to get the New Year started!! Today’s blog post will be a quick review of some of the WIP’s I was working on before Christmas as well as after it and up to now. Will also be showing you some of the most recent and new listings that I have added and put up into my shop, including some more past available and very limited stock of kits (Bracelet kit of the month or Art Kits). There is not too much new in my K~Max Klub at the moment-do have an update from a member to show off and also, I have extended a New Year Sale until 1/8/23…I will have something to show for that too later on in the blog…let’s get started with a review of one of the WIP’s from before Christmas…
From 12/19 to about 12/22 I began and finished a quick, fun and beautiful 2-drop peyote Hummingbird bracelet pattern. Each day I was able to average about 50 rows give or take-it went by very fast, so I finished it within 3 to 4 days. I want to show you some of the working photos of it and will also show you the listing of it…I will also have just the pattern available in my shop too if you are interested in making your own variation of it 😉!! Let’s go ahead and look back at those working photos and look at the listing of the bracelet and of the pattern too ☺!!
Next, let’s take a look at another WIP I started not long after Christmas day- I believe it was on 12/27 I started it…a 5×7 Art with just 5 rows to begin with (320 beads) with mostly background color but there was already a hint of other color there too!! That day I did up to row 25 (1,600 beads) and I have to tell you…I ended up having to get into my ‘overstock’ of white beads for this pattern 😉 ☺ On Wednesday the 28th , I kicked my day off on row 35 (2240 beads) with a pink bow showing and what looks like white ears and a head of some type…so far at this point, no one had guessed who or what this WIP would be. I finished that day out with 55 rows (3520 beads) and now you can see eyes and something else!! I don’t know what happened to all my posts for that Thursday (12/29) so I shall pick back up with where I began for that Friday 12/30 at row 90 (5760 beads) and there you could see the whole face including the little smile and her tail. At the end of that day, I left you all at row 110 (7040 beads) and some of her body showing. After coming back from that weekend and a lovely Quiet New Year’s celebration, I kicked off this new week with Row 130 (8320 beads) and she was almost done. I finished her up that same day (1/1/23) at row 145 (9280 beads). For now, we will take a look at some of those working photos and hopefully I will be getting it matted, framed and last photoshoot for listing sometime this week 😉. Have you all seen it?!?! I am having a special New Year’s Sale!!!! It was supposed to have ended, but I decided to extend it until 1/8/23!! NOW it time to take advantage of this sale and scoop up any thing in my shop including kits and patterns at a great price ☺. I have even added some more of the most recent past kits that I still have available in my stock-but they are very limited stock, so first come, first serve and then that is it!! After they are gone, these kits/patterns will no longer be available!! During the holiday season, I also put up another new listing of a recently finished WIP…Of a Kawaii style Marie from Aristocats in a 2-drop peyote pattern in a 5×7 Art tapestry. She was a fun pattern to work on and is perfect for those who love to collect Disney and those who love the Aristocats-even those who are just plain cat lovers would love and enjoy this Art that is matted and framed and ready to be hung up or put on a favorite shelf to enjoy for many years!! It’s a gift that can keep on giving and be passed down for generations ☺ Here she is…just too cute!! Want to know more?!?! Last but not least, we have an update in the K~Max Klub 💕!! Besides the sale I have going on, there is nothing too much yet for Klub news/updates…just one of our members (Karen) has posted that she has finished the Black Beauty Woman Bracelet Pattern she got from me, except instead of a bracelet, she turned into a wonderful bookmark!! She did a wonderful job and I just love what she did to it!! Don’t forget- you too can share what you are working on-whether it is on my regular Facebook page or if you are a member of the Klub page and I will share it here on my blog!! It is an inspiration for me to see that you all love my patterns/kits/etc. and I’m sure for others too ☺ It makes me want to keep creating and do more as I am sure our fellow members and other followers feel the same way!! Let’s go ahead and look at that post she shared on the klub page!!
That will wrap it up for the review from the holidays…now we arein a New Year, and I am excited what it will bring-how about you?!?!
