Hello & Happy Monday!! WIP’s, Listings & More!!

Hello & Happy Monday 💕!!  Are we all ready for the holiday season with?!?!  I’ve been going to shows on the weekends and sometimes to an early Christmas party or sometimes just being home beading, doing laundry and some cooking too 😉!  Something came up last week and I couldn’t get a blog posted but I’m back today and have some quick reviews of what I have been working on as well as what I am still working on.  So today will be a review of the past two weeks from 11/28-12/11 ☺.   Let’s get started, shall we?!?!

kicked off on 11/29

It was about two weeks ago that I had started a WIP of a 2-drop peyote pattern-A Thomas the Tank bracelet.  It was a quick and fun pattern to work on-started out with 20 rows (360 beads) and worked my way to row 60 (1,080 beads) by the end of the first day, which showed the top part of his train body and the hint of his face showing up.  The next day (11/29) I started off with row 70 (1,260 beads) and was starting his eyes.  By the end of that day before having to get dinner, I had stopped at row 110 (1,980 beads) and had just finished his smile☺. Then on the following day (11/30), I kicked off at row 120 (2,160 beads) and was rounding out the rest of his face.  By the end of that day, I was able to finish him, except for adding the clasp, chain and getting the photos done.  I was able to get photos later and at a later time list him-for now, let’s look back at the working photos and will be showing his listing off later 😉!

Let’s look back at an earlier WIP I completed during thanksgiving time- the Palm Christmas tree bracelet.  This is a fun holiday bracelet to put you in that festive holiday mood and would be unique and one of a kind piece to jazz up your outfit for the holidays!!  Just look how fun and merry it is!! This one has actually sold recently, but there’s a chance to still get at this cute and fun bracelet…the pattern!! It is available in my pattern section of the shop!! Want to check out the pattern for this bracelet?!?! Click the link under the photo to check out the pattern!!

Began 12/1

The next WIP I started was an ART-a 5×7 design.  This was started on 12/1 with 5 rows to begin with (240 beads) with a hint of something showing in bottom corner, otherwise just background color. That day I managed to get to row 25 (1,200 beads) and could see the shell of a turtle started!! Then we come to that Friday (12/2), and I kicked my day off at row 40 (1,920 beads) and a head of a turtle starting to appear. Since I had to get ready to go to the RAM market for that Saturday, I only managed to get to row 60 (2,880 beads) with an arm and leg starting to appear.  When I came back from the weekend, I had a few more rows that I was able to add, so I started off at row 75 (3,600 beads)- his body done but still more to finish on his face and maybe something even more to come 😉. At the end of that Monday (12/5) I finished at row 90 (4,320 beads) for the day…there were flowers starting to appear on the ground, but still more to go on his face.  He is so cute!! Tuesday 12/6, I started my day off at row 100 (4,800 beads) and now there was something showing above the turtle’s head!!  By the time it was time to go and get my dinner ready, I got to row 120 (5,760 beads) and another turtle head starting to show ☺!  Wednesday 12/7, I started my day off at row 130 (6,240 beads) after being able to do a few more sets of rows the night before…now can see toes and a little of an eye of another turtle. By the end of that day, I had gotten to row 155 (7440 beads) and at that point you could see what looked like a flower in the girl turtle’s head. Thursday 12/8, I began at row 165 (7920 beads) and could see more of her shell and flower on her head.  I didn’t get too much done that day-about another 15 rows, only because I had to get things ready to go to a show the next day (12/9) at the Dicken’s on Centre.  I finished at row 180 (8640 beads) and her flower on her head was almost complete as well as her shell…just a tad bit more for each as well as background and should be done.  Since the show was for all weekend, it will be a surprise to see if I will have it done or will finish it up for today 😉 (12/12). Time to look at some of those working photos!! REMEMBER, that you can check out my Facebook Fan PageGoogle+ Page, or my Instagram Page throughout the day to watch updates and working photos!!

Now, let’s look at some of the other recent new listings of the Fall leaves bracelet & the Thomas the Tank bracelet.  The fall leaves peyote bracelet is a bracelet that makes you think of the fall and is perfect to wear with your fall outfits but could be worn any time of the year!!  If you have some one that is a fan of Thomas, this bracelet of Thomas the Tank would be perfect for them!!  Besides these two new listings, I have a few kits from the past available too…not many, they are almost all gone, but these would make perfect gifts for yourself or for that person you know is a beader and would enjoy making something fun!! Come and take a look at these listings and under each one, you’ll find a link to go to and get more information 😉!!

Last but not least, a quick update from my K~Max Klub group ☺!!  At this moment, I am not planning any new bead along-maybe sometime after the holidays are done-This also goes for the Peyote Bracelet kit of the month kits too!!  After the holidays and the new year passes, I will begin these again…so keep an eye out for all these new things 😉!  During these past two weeks, we have had our member Jessica posting on some of the work she has been doing…she posted about the Music Man bracelet pattern she got from me!!  She got it about halfway through-I will show you her post in case you missed it!!  Don’t forget to come and share your WIP’s too!!  That is all I have this time for Klub news and updates as well as for this week’s blog!!  I hope you all are well and have a great Monday and an awesome week!!

Happy Monday Everyone 💕 !!
