MONDAY!!!! Yep, it is MONDAY!! I hope that you all had a wonderful weekend!! I know we did!! We had a meal out, which was great!! We went to Red Lobster – haven’t been there in a bit, and I have to tell you, I STILL love it!! I had these wonderful SHRIMP Tacos that were VERY much on my diet and VERY good! I know this isn’t the ‘best’ photo, but I wanted to hurry up and eat!! 🙂
