Good Morning 🌞!! I hope that today-FRIDAY- you are having a wonderful day!! Today I have quite a bit to share with you…yesterday was such a busy day I didn’t get a chance to do the blog post 😊. So, today I want to show you all some new listings-from yesterday and today- then I have the New WIP I started to work on yesterday after finishing the yellow fish creation, which is March’s sample from the Art in a bag Kit, then last but not least, I have the new kits for March available in my shop and ready to be shared 😉. Let’s get going!!
Today, we’ll start off a little differently 😃. We’ll start by showing one of the new listings!! The first new listing is called ‘Ms. Flor’ina’ Beadwoven Wearable Art Necklace. The center ‘pendant’ of this beauty is a fluorite crystal in a purple color, in which I beaded around in a peyote stitch bezel and added a tiny amount of E6000 glue to hold the bezel more securely, then I added little loops to the bezel so I would be able to connect the tubular herringbone straps I made to complete the necklace. Purple and green are the lovely colors for this wearable art necklace that is perfect to wear almost anytime of the year!!
Now, let’s take a moment to talk about the New WIP I started yesterday😃. I know you all have seen it by now, but I wanted make the sample of March’s Art in a Bag Kit so you could see how the pattern actually works up!! With only using 2 colors( black & turquoise) this 5×7 Art is starting to take shape and stand out!! Yesterday, when I left you all to go get dinner, I stopped at row 20 with 920 beads woven together…it doesn’t look like much at this point, but just you wait as more and more rows are added!! I did manage a few more rows last night… will be starting the day off with 35 rows completed & 1,610 beads woven together 😃. Just look at the way these colors POP!! Can start to see some of the forehead and strands of hair …let’s see how far I can get today…REMEMBER, that you can check out my Facebook Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page throughout the day to watch updates and working photos!
Time to show you the next New Listing for today!! This was the previous WIP I finished up Yesterday!! It is called ‘Little Yellow Fish’ Beadwoven Wearable Art Necklace. This fun & beautiful necklace was created with a center from Wildlife Plastics and creating a bezel around it using peyote stitch with beads in varying colors of blues & yellows as well as varying sizes of 11/0’s & 15/0’s, then adding Swarovski crystals in the fringe around it. After finishing the pendant, I created a strap for it using tubular herringbone with bead colors I Already used in the bezel of the pendant. I just love how ‘life-like’ the little yellow fish looks…it seems like a real fish swimming in a little tiny decorative bowl that can be worn by you all day long😃. A fun & beautiful necklace that can be worn year round, sure to bring you and all those around you a smile every time you wear it!!
Now, on to some exciting news!! It’s time to announce the New Patterns/Kits for March!! I just can’t believe how wonderfully these turned out😃. This month, I will be doing a Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit with new pattern( in 2drop peyote) for March and I have decided to change up the Art in a Bag Kit for March a little bit!! Instead of doing a 4×4 Art like I did for the past 2 previous month’s kits, this time I will be doing a 5×7 Art pattern(also in 2 drop peyote)!! Let me go ahead and tell you a little bit more about each individual kit with the important dates for availability 😃.
Let’s start with the Peyote in a Box Kit!! For March’s Kit, I decided to go with a pattern of a beautiful long stem ROSE!! With this kit, each box will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed bracelet: A printed word chart In 2 drop peyote (a color chart can be requested and be sent digitally), a needle, All Delica beads, plated bar ends and findings. Kit dates are as follows: Available from March 4, 2020 until March 28, 2020 and then Kits will be mailed on or by April 4, 2020. A little FYI about kits…The PATTERN is ONLY available with this kit!! Delica Bead colors are subject to availability!!
Next, let’s talk about the Art in a Bag Kit for March!! Like I said before, I decided to change it up again…going to do a 5×7 pattern instead of a 4×4 this month!! The New pattern I have chosen for this kit this month is of a beautiful Silhouette of aWoman 😃. This Kit is a Monthly Bag kit from Krafty Max Originals and each Bag kit will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed 5×7 wall art which will contain the following: Printed word chart pattern(in 2 drop peyote), All Delica beads and a 5×7 canvas to mount your finished Beadwoven Art work on. Kit dates are as follows: Available from March 4, 2020 until March 28, 2020 and then Kits will be mailed on or by April 4, 2020. A little FYI about kits…The PATTERN is ONLY available with this kit!!
