Good morning everyone!! Today is the ending of another week…it’s Friday and we made it through another week!! It time to tell you and show you all the updates for this past week!! I hope that your week has been a great one filled with lots of creativity and energy…life has been good so far!! I know most of us have been stuck at home, but it is a great time to craft, create, and reflect! This week has been a pretty creative week for me…most of you might have seen that by Monday morning I finished the Napkin ring holders set and even started a New WIP(the Grace bracelet)…well even that one went quick And by Wednesday I was starting another New WIP-the current one I am working on right now 😉. On Wednesday, my daughter Ashley, made my day…she made me a homemade breakfast and surprised me with it and it even had my totem on it(the dragonfly)…it was delicious 😋. I also have a new listing to show you and then I will tell you about the kits!! So…what say you… shall we start off and show off what the week has been like?!?!
How about I start off with showing you all that amazing breakfast my daughter made me on Wednesday?!?! It was so yummy and delicious 😋 and I just love her presentation!! Mine was the dragonfly of course, and hers was the elephant!!
Now, let’s talk about the WIP’s I have or completed or still working on this week!! Monday I started off the week with the sample of this month’s Peyote Bracelet Kit sample of ‘GRACE’ to show you how the pattern works up. I did another sample because as most of you know, my daughter almost always takes my first sample😉. This bracelet has some pretty amazing colors in it and has a shine and shimmer to it that is just, wow!! This is one of the WIP’s that I finished-yep-finished it on Wednesday!! It worked up really quickly and hoping to get this one up and listed soon…but for now, if you want, you can always grab a kit and make this lovely bracelet yourself!! Here are some working pics and the last working pic of it being mostly completed😃. Enjoy!!
Since I finished that creation…that means I was able to start a new WIP and that WIP is the current creation that I am working on now!! It is the blue cab with Swarovski crystals creation…I started off on Wednesday…starting with a simple cab…and built the main part of the bezel on the cab up on both sides to make it fit snugly inside using hues of blue seed beads…then when I finished the cab I pulled out 2 small Swarovski crystals to bezel as well…whoever said smaller was easier to bead/bezel…well let me tell you…that ain’t true!! Yesterday I managed to get one crystal done after finishing the cab and was also able to start the second crystal too!! This morning I started off by connecting the crystals and the cab all together…and I have to say…I really love how my idea/design is turning out so far!! Time to show you all the new listing I have for this week!! This was a very fun and creative project that I started last week and I have e to say I love how bright and spring like the pattern on these napkin rings came out!! Yep!! This is the listing for the Spring Beadwoven Napkin Rings-Set of 4!! With these, I did the pattern for the peyote strip and used a little e6000 to glue it on to the simple plastic napkin ring!! Fun and bright…perfect for hosting parties or special occasion dinners or celebrations!!
It’s time to introduce you all to the New Patterns/Kits for April!!! I just can’t believe how wonderfully these turned out😃. I have to say…these are just wow!! This month, I will be doing a Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit with new pattern( in 2drop peyote) for April and I have decided to do another 5×7 Art in a Bag Kit for April too!! This month’s 5×7 Art pattern is another pattern in 2 drop peyote!! Let me go ahead and tell you a little bit more about each individual kit with the important dates for availability 😃.
Let’s start with the Peyote in a Box Kit!! For April’s Kit, I decided to go with a pattern that says Grace…something we all could use right about now and has so much meaning😊. With this kit, each box will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed bracelet: A printed word chart In 2 drop peyote (a color chart can be requested and be sent digitally), a needle, All Delica beads, plated bar ends and findings. Kit dates are as follows: Available from March 31, 2020 until April 28, 2020 and then Kits will be mailed on or by May 5, 2020. A little FYI about kits…The PATTERN is ONLY available with this kit!! Next, let’s talk about the Art in a Bag Kit for April!! I decided to do another 5×7 pattern this month!! The New pattern I have chosen for this kit this month is of a colorful and beautiful Hummingbird😃. This Kit is a Monthly Bag kit from Krafty Max Originals and each Bag kit will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed 5×7 wall art which will contain the following: Printed word chart pattern(in 2 drop peyote), All Delica beads and a 5×7 canvas to mount your finished Beadwoven Art work on. Wow!! What a week, right?!?! I have been very productive in this time of quarantine…finished at least 2 almost 3 projects this week and had a new listing…hoping to have the ‘Grace’ bracelet up soon for another new listing, and who knows, maybe even finish the Blue creation and get that listed soon too!!
