Hello & Happy Monday!! ♥ How was everyone’s week last week?!?! Are you all ready for another week in review?!?! Last week ended up being a 4-day week for me as I ended up having a dear friend come visit with me, so I took Friday off of the computer ☺. I ended up finishing my Black Beauty 5×7 WIP over the previous weekend, so I started this past week off with a new WIP of a bracelet-a quick and fun one and then even started another 5×7 WIP after finishing the bracelet. The new listing for this week is indeed the finished Black beauty 5×7- I will be showing that off later too as well as the new kit for this month and believe it or not, I still have a few (very few) limited time kits of past kits from the past year 😉. I’ve been super busy getting patterns and kits ready and have yet to get a new bead along going for my K~Max Klub- I will soon!! I have to say it was one of those kinds of week that was good but not too much going on…let’s take a look back at what I did manage to get done ☺!!
Let’s start off this week a bit differently!! I want to show you the new listing I had of the 5×7 Black Beauty Lady. The previous weekend I had quite a bit of time on my hands, so I ended up beading and finishing her off as well as getting the final pictures done to be able to list her too!! Sometimes I find it hard to choose background colors and with this one, I have to say I originally wanted to go with a white pearl background but ended up changing my mind last minute and going with a brighter, more colorful background and I have to say I just love the color combos of the outfit pairing with that orange background. What did you all think?!?! This was a 2-drop peyote pattern that I beaded and matted into a frame that can be either hung up or stand up on a favorite shelf. This is a beautiful and bright Art that will bring life and joy to any space and bring joy that can be passed down through generations. Now, let’s move on to the WIP I started on Monday 9/12!! I decided to go with something BRIGHT and fun in a 2-drop peyote pattern bracelet. I had the first 10 rows (180 beads) to share with you that morning ☻. Just love that purple-don’t you!?!? As I pulled my rows that day-10 at a time, I managed to bead 50 rows (900 beads) for that day before having to get dinner going. Just look at that flower 🌸 😍!! The following day (9/13), I had even more rows done that morning when I started…80 rows (1,440 beads) with something else besides a flower showing!! I lined up my rows of 10 and kept beading and ended up finishing that Tuesday with 120 rows (2,160 beads) and at that point you could see the shell of the turtle…he is looking so cute so far!! Wednesday morning after being able to bead a bit more before heading to bed, I started my day off with 20 more rows added, making it 140 rows (2,520 beads) and his shell was completely done and was starting his legs. There was not too much more to do, and I was able to finish him up in the early afternoon at row 170 (3,020 beads) and what a smile he has!! It just grabs your attention and brightens the day!! Let’s go ahead and look at some of those working photos, shall we?!?!
After finishing up that fun and bright turtle bracelet on Wednesday, I still had some hours of beading time left, so I decided to start a 5×7 WIP in a 2-drop peyote ☺. I started off with my standard first 5 rows (230 beads) and it was completely background color and then it was time to get my dinner done to be able to go to Bingo that night. After coming back from a winning night of bingo, I was able to do a few more rows before going to bed and so I started my Thursday off with 15 rows (690 beads) and you could see something starting to appear at that point. At the end of the day that day, I had beaded another 20 rows finishing with 35 rows (1,610 beads) and about halfway through his eyes… and YES!!! Someone was able to guess that it was Mushu!! It is a kawaii style of the dragon from Mulan!! Since Friday I had a friend coming with her puppy and bird to spend time with me, I took the day off the computer. I will be working more on him this week so REMEMBER, that you can check out my Facebook Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page throughout the day to watch updates and working photos!. It’s that time again!! Time to do the Monthly Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit!!! This month, we have a Lacey Ombré Pattern!! This is a 2-Drop peyote pattern and each kit will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed bracelet: A printed word chart In 2-drop peyote (a color chart can be requested and be sent digitally), a needle, All Delica beads, plated bar ends and findings. Kit dates are as follows: Available from September 1, 2022 until September 30, 2022 and then Kits will be mailed on or by October 8, 2022. A little FYI about kits…The PATTERN is ONLY available with these kits!!After September 30th these patterns/kits will no longer be Available!! Delica Bead colors are subject to change!!
Time for showing you the rest of the available kits that I still have left in my shop -there are not too many left, so grab them while you can!! Remember, when these are gone, that is it!! Wow!! What a short and simple week that was-right?!?! As I don’t have anything new to add or update from my K~Max Klub for the past week, that will be all that I have for you all for the week in review from 9/12-9/18. I will be working more on Mushu this week and maybe even be able to start another WIP. I should also have the new listing of the Turtle bracelet that I finished from last week as well and maybe something else 😉. I always will have something new and exciting going on so make sure you keep checking back with all my pages and all that I have ☺.
