Hello & Happy Monday 💕!! Welcome to another week in review (October 10 -October 16)!! How is everyone doing?!?! I am exciting to be beading and seeing my followers & members posting and sharing some of their Krafty Max Original kits/patterns/bead alongs lately!! This review will be following a few WIP’s from the past week as well as listings and then some K~Max Klub News & updates☺. Let’s go ahead and get those beads rolling ♥!!
During the previous past weekend, I finished up working on the dog at sunset peyote bracelet, so when I came back to my bead tray this past Monday (10/10) I started a new WIP!! Don’t worry, if you did not see the finished working photo of the Dog at sunset bracelet, I’ll have a quick photo here to show you 😉. When I started the new WIP- another 2-drop peyote bracelet, I knew it was going to be a quick and elegant one…using only 2 colors!! I started off with 10 rows (180 beads) with it being all background except 1 bead of the second color starting. Then I pulled my rows 10 at a time before weaving them together, until I had to stop and get dinner done that day and finished at row 50 (900 beads) and with what looked like leaves and branches mixed in with the background color. The following day when I came back and started my day off (10/11), I started at row 60 (1,080 beads) and something starting to show that would be the main part of the design ☺. By the time I had to stop for that day, I was already at row 100 (1,800 beads) and finally the ‘Yoga lady’ of the tree can be seen down to about her hips. Wednesday (10/12) I kicked my day off at row 110 (1,980 beads) and the ‘legs or trunk’ of the yoga lady was appearing. Thursday morning (10/13) when I started, I had already added 10 more rows, kicking off at row 160 (2,860 beads) and there it was… the roots of the tree coming of the one ‘leg/trunk’. By the end of that Thursday, I was able to finish what I call the Yoga Lady Tree bracelet with 190 rows (3,340 beads) and more roots going down into the ‘earth’ at the end of the bracelet. Let’s go ahead and look back at some of those working photos and later I’ll be showing the listing for it as well 😉!

October is now here and that means a new pattern for a new month!! Time to do the Monthly Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit!!! This month, we have a Painting with the Moon Kit!! This is a 2-Drop peyote pattern, and each kit will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed bracelet: A printed word chart in 2-drop peyote (a color chart can be requested and be sent digitally), a needle, All Delica beads, plated bar ends and findings. Kit dates are as follows: Available from October 2, 2022, until October 31, 2022, and then Kits will be mailed on or by November 7, 2022. A little FYI about kits…The PATTERN is ONLY available with these kits!!After September 30th these patterns/kits will no longer be Available!! Delica Bead colors are subject to change!!
That same day (10/13) I was able to start the next WIP!! Not very much of it mind you, but was able to pull the colors, set up, and get the first 10 rows (200 beads) with just background color. When I came back Friday morning (10/14) I started off at row 20 (400 beads) and another 2 colors being added to the mix already…this is the bead a long that I am currently working on with my K~Max Klub members 😜. I pulled my rows 10 at a time weaving them all together one at a time and managed to finish the day out at row 60 (1,200 beads) with a total of 4 colors showing and one pumpkin with the letter ‘L’ on it. Can anyone guess what it might say when it is done?!?! I will be working more on this during this week so make sure you come on over and take a look…if you don’t catch it this week, I’ll be reviewing it the following Monday 😉! Last but not least, some news and updates from my K~Max Klub 💕!! This past week, I started the bead a long!! Every day I posted about 50 rows for my members to start and continue with each day. If there are any members who have started it- come and show us what you have!! This is what I am currently working on and would love to see what you all can come up with and see how different everyone might be from mine and each other’s!! Did anyone see Karen’s final post on finishing last month’s kit I had?!?! In case you didn’t, I will share here ☺! She finished off the white peacock from the September kit and loved it so much she is keeping it for herself…I think she did an amazing job and love how she finished it off!! Have any of you done any of my kits/ patterns/ bead a longs?!?! Come on over the klub page or even on my Krafty Max Originals page and show off what you have done!! I love seeing them and if I catch the posts, I love sharing/showing them off here in my blog!! Let’s go ahead and see what Karen posted and shared with us!!
What a week in review!! I had lots of fun beading this past week and I am sure this week will be even better!!
