Hello & Happy Monday ☀!! How was everyone’s weekend?!?! I am good and I’m back for a review of Last week’s (7/25-7/31) WIP’s, new listing’s and any and all other news for my KraftyMaxOriginials page as well as my K~Max group!! I was able to finish one WIP and start a new one too as well as list one of them in my shop!! I am ready and set to go…let’s get the beads rolling 😊.
Let’s begin with last Monday the 25th 😉! When I came back from the weekend after being able to bead a little bit, I started the Ms. Pots & Chip 2 drop peyote bracelet with 110 rows (2,200 beads) and her spout was already coming along!! I pulled my rows of ten on and off throughout the day until it was time to get my supper ready and ended my day with 150 rows (3,000 beads) and there you could see Chip appearing with one of his eyes. Tuesday the 26th, I started my day off with quite a bit more done at row 180 (3,600 beads) and Chip being mostly done with a little bit more to add to him!! He’s just too cute…looking at his mom with such a cute smile!! This pattern was really fun and quick to bead, and I ended up finishing it early afternoon with 200 rows (4,000 beads). This will be later shown as the New Listing for this week 😉…but for now let’s look back at some of the working photos!!
Time for showing you the rest of the available kits that I still have left in my shop -there are not too many left, so grab them while you can!! Remember, when these are gone, that is it!! Since I was able to finish the Ms. Pots WIP early that day (26th), I was able to start a new WIP…this one is a special pattern that I designed for my K~Max group bead along and is also a 2-drop peyote pattern☺. I started off with the first 10 rows (180 beads-that’s 18 beads per row 😉) and at that point it was mainly background with a hint of blossoms?!?! Let’s see if this will work-I am using whatever I have in my stash to create this pattern!! I didn’t get too far that day since it was afternoon when I started but I managed to add another ten rows making it 20 rows (360 beads) with some cherry blossoms. The next day (27th) I kicked off my day with another ten rows added, beginning with 30 rows (540 beads) with more blossoms, tree branches, with more background too ☺. Most of you know that Wednesdays are my days that I go to BINGO so by the time it was time for me to get ready to go, I had come to row 70 (1,260 beads) …more background and the setting ☀! Thursday morning, I came back to my bead tray and ready to bead the day away starting with row 90 (1,620 beads) and some mountain showing now in the background!! I beaded the day away until it was time to get dinner going and stopped at row 130 (2,340 beads) and now you could see the reflection of the sun right below that mountain! Then Friday morning came, and I was starting off with another ten rows added making it 140 rows (2,520 beads) and more of the reflection…this will be the day that I finish-this pattern only has a total of 170 rows, in which I was able to bead and finish by the end of that day!! When it was completed, I had a total of 3,020 beads and a beautiful reflection of the sun in the water below the mountain. I think I managed to pull it off with colors I pulled from my stash…what do you think?!?! This one should be up and listed sometime this upcoming week but for now let’s look at some of the working photos 😉. Last but not least, we have some updates from the K~Max group as well as other news ☺. The cherry blossom sunset & mountain bracelet pattern has been put up in increments of rows of 50 this past week and the whole pattern is available in the files of our group page. What a week I had!! I had so much fun finishing up the Ms. Pots & Chip WIP and then starting, only to -finish the Bead along WIP as well!! For now, unless something comes up, I will try to make sure I have a weekly review of every week on Mondays. I hope everyone had a fun, inspiring, and creative week-I know I did and can’t wait to see what this new week will bring ☺!
