I’m Back!! Happy Monday!!

Good MORNING and Happy Monday!!!!  Last week was my first week back after being on Vacation and I sure do have some great things to share with you this week!!  First of all, how is every one’s summer going so far?!?!  I had an amazing time during my vacation and was able to see my granddaughter, my mom & dad, along with a great many of my aunts, uncles, and cousins too!!!  Now, that I am back I am already back at my bead tray-I did do some beading while being away but not a lot- so I am ready and have a great number of things to show and tell you all from a review of last week and what will be coming as well 😉.  Let’s get stated and see what the bead tray had for me this past week!

Started Monday7/18

When I first got back, I decided to start off with a fun and quick pattern for a 2-drop peyote bracelet of a Kawaii style Captain of America!!  I started it on last Monday the 18th with the first 10 rows ☺.  I pulled my rows 10 at a time and beaded them together until I had to start dinner and was able to get 50 rows done! Then on Tuesday morning I kicked off my day with a few more rows-added about 10 more making it 60 rows!  Already you could see the big A for America and his eyes as well as the beginning of the flesh part of his face.  At the end of that day, I had added quite a bit more rows while doing laundry in between…had to do some catching up after getting back from vacation ☺, so I ended with 100 rows (1,800 beads) and at that point, you could see a hint of his glove.  Wednesday the 20th, I came back with another added 10 rows to make a total of 110 rows (1,980 beads) and his fist is now showing and a little of his shield can be seen on the side too…I am really starting to like the smirk he has 😉!  This these WIP seemed to work up pretty fast…by the time I finished up for that day I was already at row 150 (2,700 beads) and his body was done and could start to see his boot. Later that evening I was able to do quite a bit more so that when I started my day on Thursday, I only had a little bit more to finish (I had 170 rows done with 3,020 beads) and the only part to finish up was more of the background!!  I finished him up by mid-day with a total of 180 rows (3,180 beads) and had already put the bar ends on to turn it into a bracelet cuff!!  Since I managed to get the final pictures and all editing done, this ended up being one of the new listings for that week- will show it soon but for now let’s take a look back at some of the working photos 😉!

Time for showing you the rest of the available kits that I still have left in my shop -there are not too many left, so grab them while you can!! Remember, when these are gone, that is it!! This is the absolute last chance to get these OOAK patterns before they are gone and will no longer be offered-these ahead and look at the listing and if you’d like to know more about them, all you have to do is click on the link below and it will take you to it 😉!! Then, I’d like to show you a New Pattern I just added to my shop as well!!

Started Thursday 7/21

I still had more time to bead that Thursday, so I began another WIP!!  I was able to show you the first 10 rows (200 beads) with 3 colors already showing of this new pattern that is also another 2-drop peyote pattern!!  Since it was already past the afternoon when I had started, I didn’t get too far before I had to stop and get dinner done-only was able to get to row 30 (600 beads) and now with a 4th color added!!  Friday morning, I got to start off on row 40 (800 beads) adding more beads to Mrs. Pots 😉!  I pulled my rows of 10 and beaded throughout the day until it was time to get dinner done and so I stopped at row 80 (1,600 beads) with a spot of blush and an eye starting to appear…we’ll see next week if I was able to get more done over the weekend or not, but for now let’s look at some of those working photos!! REMEMBER, that you can check out my Facebook Fan PageGoogle+ Page, or my Instagram Pagethroughout the day to watch updates and working photos!

Time for the New Listing!!  Any guesses!?!?  Yep!! It’s the Captain America Kawaii inspired Bead woven bracelet ☺.  It’s fun, cute and great for those Marvel fans out there 😉!  Let’s go ahead and take a look at the listing and if you would like to know about it, there’s a link under the photo that’ll take you right to the listing in my shop!!

Last but not least, I have some news and updates for my K~Max Klub as well as other news…so let’s go ahead and get started with that now!  First up…I have put up in my klub the info for the next upcoming bead a long!! (Will show a little preview down below ☺.)  I should be getting this up and started this week-so keep your eye out for that!  Also, I am going to be getting the next Kit of the month ready-some of you might have seen a preview of it before I went on vacation (that was also posted in my K~Max Klub group 😉), so make sure you keep your eye out for that too! (See Picture Above 😉). I was also able to see that Jessica had posted her April elephant Kit when I got back and would like to share that here with you all in case you didn’t see it-she did a great job!!  I would love to see everyone’s work that they are doing, so don’t forget to share and post in the group or on my page and then I will share here with everyone so that we may inspire each other!!  Now something else I am doing that isn’t beading but want to share with you all, is that I am one of many who are sponsoring a Young Miss for Northeast Florida and she gave me a shout out!!  I also have here to show you all my tentative show schedule for the rest of the year, so that if you are in my area or wherever the show is being held, you can drop by and see me and all the goodies I have!!

Well that concludes the review from last week and preview of what’s to come this upcoming week ☺!! I know it has been a while since I posted a blog and want to say how much I appreciate everyone being so patient with me updating everything KraftyMaxOriginals/K~Max Klub!! After being away on vacation and getting to spend time with family, I am back, refreshed and ready to get back on track as well as getting better at posting in groups. I hope that you all are having a great summer so far and are being able to get your creative on in any way that you can 😉!! Happy Monday and keep an eye out this week and upcoming week for the new things to come and don’t forget to come by and share what you are creating!!
