Hello & Happy Monday ♥!! Welcome to another week in review of all things KraftyMaxOriginals & K~Max Klub!! How is everyone doing?!?! Are we all excited for the fall to come or is that just me?!?! 😉. This past week (8/29-9/4) was a productive week for me with finishing not one, but 2 WIP’s and even starting another new one!! Then instead of having one new listing, I had 2 plus the new kit for September put up in my shop!! That’s quite good if I say so myself…and been trying to work on some more new patterns too, hopefully I will be showing them off soon! Let’s go ahead and see what I was up to this past week ☺!
When I came back on Monday 8/29, I came back to my tray that was working on the Beast5x7 with quite a bit finished on him…was able to work on him a lot of that past weekend!! I even stated that day that I was probably going to finish him, and I did. So, I want to share with you those final working photos from that day and then later on I will share his new listing with you as well.
Later, that same day, I got to start a new WIP!! This time I wanted to do a quick, fun, and simple 2-drop peyote bracelet. When I started off that day, I had the first 10 rows (200 beads) put on and it was mostly just background with a hint of color on one side peeking out. Now, since it was in the afternoon when I started after finishing the Beast 5×7, I couldn’t get too much done on it and only finished at row 20 (400 beads) with multiple colors showing on either side of the bracelet but not in the middle. Tuesday 8/30, I ended up starting my day off at row 40 (800 beads) with a lot more showing now and all kids of colors coming through not just the sides but in the middle too!! By the end of that day, after having 80 rows (1,600 beads) you could see the eyes and now really tell that it is going to be a purrrfect cat 😉. Wednesday morning, after being able to bead before going to bed the night before, I came back and already had 110 rows (2,200 beads) and if you take a step back and look, you could really see the kitty cat face…including the cute nose and mouth done. At the end of that day, after pulling my rows of ten and then beading throughout the afternoon, I finished off my day (before having to get dinner done and run errands) at row 140 (2,800 beads) and if you look carefully, you could see its chest area done. Thursday 9/1, I came back to my tray with 160 rows (3,200 beads) with the chest done and the front paws coming into view. By the afternoon, I was able to finish this cute and fun kitty at row 198 (3,960 beads) …just had to set it aside to finish adding on the findings and then doing the final photos for listing. Let’s go ahead and look back at those working photos ☺.
Let’s show off one of those new listings from the past week!! I just love how the Beast Inspired Bead woven 5×7 Art came out!! This is the Beast with his 🌹, and you even see the petal falling off. It was done in 2-drop peyote with only 4 colors!! This would be perfect for anyone who is a fan of Beauty and the Beast and what is perfect is that it is already matted and framed and can be hung or put up on a special shelf. It’s that time again!! Time to do the Monthly Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit!!! This month, we have a Lacey Ombre Pattern!! This is a 2-Drop peyote pattern, and each kit will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed bracelet: A printed word chart in 2-drop peyote (a color chart can be requested and be sent digitally), a needle, All Delica beads, plated bar ends and findings. Kit dates are as follows: Available from September 1, 2022, until September 30, 2022, and then Kits will be mailed on or by October 8, 2022. A little FYI about kits…The PATTERN is ONLY available with these kits!!After September 30th these patterns/kits will no longer be Available!! Delica Bead colors are subject to change!!
Let’s look at another new Listing!! This is the listing of the Kitty Cat Beadwoven Bracelet ☺! It is a fun and cute bracelet to show your love off for the cats!! Before I finished off Thursday, I had just enough time to start a New WIP!! This time I had decided to go back to a 5×7 Art pattern and was able to get the First 5 rows (230 beads) done with mostly a bright background color and a hint of some other colors ☺. I wasn’t able to post updates on last Friday and I will be continuing to work on this WIP this week, so REMEMBER, that you can check out my Facebook Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page throughout the day to watch updates and working photos! Here is a look at those first 5 rows and I’ll be showing more in the next blog post!
This past week I don’t have any new updates or news from my K~Max Klub, but I hope to have some news next week for you all 😉. I did have a pretty busy week with all those WIP’s, Listings, and putting up the new September Kit of the Month though ☺. For the following blog I am hoping to maybe have a new pattern for a bead a long with my K~Max Klub Group and of course more new listings and more new WIP’s.
