Good Morning 🌞!! Happy Friday Everyone!! This week has been another great week…started off the week with a new WIP that my Grandmother would’ve loved…a center focal with a penguin💕. I also got to work on creating a bunch of whole new patterns and even start another WIP on Thursday!! I have 2 new listings this week, some Klub updates, the available kits, and some other news to share😃. Just a quick FYI…there are only a few more days to grab up the July beading kits😉…until 7/28!! So much to share and tell you about…let’s get the show on the road😉
Let’s begin with the WIP I started on Monday…my grandmother’s favorite and if she still were here, I’d be making this for her, but now it will be for someone to purchase and ❤️!! This black and white penguin center focal is from Wildlife Plastics…one of my favorite places to get my center focal from😃. I used black and white seed beads in sizes 11/0 to 15/0 to create a peyote bezel around it…this means 11 per inch or 15 per inch😉. Monday was spent getting the walls built up and closing the center piece around the backside. Tuesday was spent getting the front part of the bezel done as well as getting the hanger on and herringbone strap started. Then Wednesday I finished the strap and the necklace was completed…just had to get the final pictures done for a listing….yep…this will be one of the new listings for this week😉. For now, let me show you some of the working pictures!!
Before moving on to the other WIP for this week, let me share with you a listing-which is more like many listing all grouped together😉. I made a whole bunch of new patterns that are ‘Kawaii’ inspired 💕. Enjoy and remember if there is one you’d like but don’t see in my shop…pm me and I can help create a custom one just for you😉
Now, on to the new and current WIP for this week😃. This one will be from one of the recent patterns I added to my shop not too long ago😉. I chose to work on a Batman 5×7 Kawaii inspired Art! This was started just yesterday morning (Thursday) with 5 rows to begin with and 240 beads!! I ended the day with 25 rows complete and 1,200 beads put in…so far it has been mostly background color, but there is a hint now of the horns of the mask peeking out😁. That will be all I have for now…decided on taking today off and have a 3 day weekend…I will be back on Monday for more-who knows, maybe I will get quite a bit done over the weekend or maybe not…let’s see shall we?!? Now, let’s move on to the updates from my K~Max Klub 😃. Last week I put up the July bead-along… day by day I put up rows of 50 and then later on last Friday I decided to put the whole pattern up so you could all work at your own paces…as of this week there has been one update from one member!! She finished the 3×5 bead-along…and did something different with it!! She used a bold and dark background color and light to transparent colors for the flowers…it came out wonderful!! I will show you her picture in a minute, just want to remind everyone to take their time and have fun and try to keep everyone posted on how you are doing…don’t be afraid to show us your working pictures!!
Before I move on to show you the kits for July, I have some other news from a customer and I also have an update from my other passion of crocheting😃. First, I have received a very lovely review recently from Sheila Johnson…a customer who recently made a purchase from me😍. I wanted to share her review here with you all…it means the world to me to see reviews like this and makes all my hard work worth it…so from the bottom of my heart…THANK YOU!! The other thing I want to share with you here is that I was working on another gift blanket and just recently finished…and will share with you here too the final look of this crocheted blanket…this is one of three that I’ll be sending as a gift to a friend😉. It’s time to introduce you all to the Patterns/Kits for JULY!! I just can’t believe how wonderfully these turned out😃. Are you all ready for some beautiful and majestic creatures!?!?! I have to say…these are just wow!! I will be doing a Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit with a new pattern( in single drop peyote) for July and I have decided to do another 5×7 Art in a Bag Kit for July!! This month’s 5×7 Art pattern is a pattern in 2 drop peyote!! Let me go ahead and tell you a little bit more about each individual kit with the important dates for availability 😃.
Let’s begin with the Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit! July’s Kit features a beautiful floating Jellyfish pattern!! With each kit, each box will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed bracelet: A printed word chart (a color chart can be requested and be sent digitally), a needle, All Delica beads, plated bar ends and findings. Kit dates are as follows: Available from June 29, 2020 until July 28, 2020 and then Kits will be mailed on or by August 5, 2020. A little FYI about kits…The PATTERN is ONLY available with this kit!! Delica Bead colors are subject to availability!!
Now on to the Art in a Bag Kit!
