Weekly Updates on WIP’s, New Listings, & Klub News!!

Hello 🌞 & Happy Friday!! How was everyone’s Easter?!?! How was YOUR week?!?! My Easter was great and my kids had Monday off after Easter…so yep!! -I took the day off too so I could spend more time with them😍. My week, even though short, has been pretty great!! I got to list two new listings and start a new WIP this week…well actually more like 3, but the first one I ended up frogging to restart it-but in a different format😉. I still have some past kits available with limited quantities and some news from my K~Max Klub!! Let’s get started, shall we?!?!

The one I ended up frogging😊

I want to start off with the WIP that I actually ended up frogging…I didn’t like how it was looking and decided to re-start and re-group doing a modified version of the one I frogged😊. It is a pattern I created for my K~Max Klub members for March bead-along-in which I decided to give them a choice…a 5×7 Art or a bracelet. The 5×7 is a field of tulips and the other was a modified/matching bracelet pattern from that 5×7. I did the first 15 rows or so of the 5×7 Art and I didn’t like how it was coming out so from there I frogged it( got a picture of it first & ill show it) and re-started with the bracelet version. Unfortunately I did not get the counts while doing the working photos for this WIP but I did get pictures😉. Both I started on Tuesday-after not liking the first one I started the bracelet-mine will however be a bookmark😁- Those seem to be popular lately!! I worked on it and posted updates for it until Thursday night when I had only a few rows left when my ‘work’ day was done-I finished it up before bed later that night!! I have some pictures to show you and hopefully soon I will have the final photo shoot and get it listed soon!!

The tulip bookmark

Next I’d like to introduce you all to my Kawaii-inspired Ursala Beadwoven 5×7 Artwork😃. I matted her using a little E6000 glue then framed her in a 6×8 frame. I just love the way she turned out…perfect to hang up or put on your favorite shelf!! This would be a great gift for that special person who loves the little mermaid-will be that special something to treasure and pass down to future loved ones😉

Now, I have another new listing!! This one is the Mauve and Grey Beadwoven Necklace!! I worked on this one last week if you remember 😉 after finishing the Ursala Art. To complete this necklace I used peyote stitch and a herringbone stitch. The center was made completely of peyote stitch and without the use of any glue or backing and then the rope was made with the herringbone stitch. All findings used to complete this set are Sterling silver. It is a perfect necklace to dress up almost any outfit and be worn all year round😉

Do you all want to see what I decided to work on today?!?! Yes!! It is Friday and since I finished the Bracelet last night I get to start something new today. I decided to start a blue rose cab. Here I have the beginning of the tubular peyote wall started…let’s see how far I can get today…REMEMBER, that you can check out my Facebook Fan PageGoogle+ Page, or my Instagram Page throughout the day to watch updates and working photos! For now here is the main working photo😉

Time to share with you all the last available past kits!! I have very limited quantities that remain and they have been discounted from regular price. When these are all gone …that is it-they won’t be coming back!! Hopefully in near future I will bring back my monthly kits but for now this is it!! Come and see what I still have!!

Are you all ready for some news from my K~Max Klub?!?! I have not created a pattern for April yet and still have March’s bead-along going 😃. My members got to choose to do an Art or a bracelet format of a field of tulips pattern-yes, like the bracelet(mine is a bookmark) I made this week😊. So far I have one member(also my admin partner) who has posted an update about this bead-along. She decided to do the 5×7 artwork and has posted her first 50 rows done!! I must say, it is looking great so far and I can’t wait to see her finished results-especially because I decided to frog mine😊. Here is a photo of her post she shares with us on Monday and stay tuned for updates next week!!

That will bring us to the end of this week for now😉. I hope you all have a lovely weekend and I’ll be back with more next week…hoping to work on some new patterns and hopefully get the final pics ready for the tulip bookmark done…see you all back next week !!

Happy Friday Everyone!!
