Good Morning ⛅️ & Happy Friday!! How is everyone doing this week?!?! I am super happy that life finally seems to be settling back to somewhat normal and have had more time to get back to my beading😁. This week I was able to finish one WIP and start another!! I still have some catching up to do with my listings but I will have one actual listing for this week and one that never actually made it to a listing because it got sold😉. Then I have some news and updates from my Klub and its members for you all and last but not least the January kits that are available😃. Let’s get started shall we?!?!
Lets begin with the first WIP I worked on for this week! I started off Monday with a bracelet…well it was going to be one until I decided to turn it into a bookmark😉. This WIP is actually the new bead-along I am doing with my K~Max Klub members this past week!! On Monday I kicked the day off with the first 10 rows & 220 beads…mostly background but there was already a hint of something peeking out😁. That whole day I worked and managed to get to row 50 by days end and had a total of 1,100 beads put in already!! Those who are in the Klub already know this is going to be another pattern of a ‘knome’😁. The beginning of his hat is there with a cute little Pom-pom!! Tuesday I came back to work on this cute little fella with already 10 more rows added making it 60 rows and 1,320 beads…I worked on him until I was unable to work on him anymore and wrapped the day up with 100 rows and 2,200 beads…now his cute nose was showing and the beard is taking shape. Wednesday came around and I was back at my bead tray starting off with 110 rows and 2,420 beads…already started seeing the color of his outfit peeking out from his beard😃. I worked and pulled out my rows and beaded until I had to put it away and got to row 150 with a total of 3,300 beads!! At this point the knome was complete but there was something more yet to come😉. Can you see what he is holding in his hands?!?! It is a string of beads😉😉😉. Thursday morning came around and I had already put in another 10 rows…up to row 160 now and 3,520 beads…not much more to go at this point just 6 more rows for the actual pattern but since I am turning it into a bookmark, I had to put a few extra rows on mine😁. I finished him early in the afternoon that day-except getting final picture and getting him ready to list-that will be for another time😉. So in the meantime let me go ahead and show you some of these working photos!!
Before I show you the other new WIP I started this week, let me share with you on of the listings…well this is t really a listing you see, because it was already sold, but I never got to show you all the final photos before I sent it off to the lady who bought them and is now using them😉. This just happened to be one of those WIP’s I had worked on during the holidays!! So here it is the final photo that would have been used for the listing if there had been one…😉😉
Next up-it’s time to tell you about the other WIP that I started this week!! This I started late Thursday afternoon after finishing the knome😉. I decided to start the sample of January’s Art Kit!! The first 5 rows and 230 beads are all background…I was able to do another five rows before I had to get dinner and other stuff done so I stopped at row 10 with 460 beads!! Now at that time, you could see a hint of the flowers beginning to take shape😃. Now it is Friday and I kicked the day of at row 20 & 920 beads!! Life must definitely be getting back to normal because I was finally able to do a few sets last night😉. Now, it’s time for the main listing for this week!! This one was completed during the holidays but I didn’t get the final photos until recently!! This is the ‘Mauve-Soft Purple Beadwoven Necklace’. It is a beautiful and light necklace to wear and can be worn for everyday jewelry to enhance you outfit…it’s mauve and a soft purple but in certain lights, also gives off a blue hue😉. Enjoy.
Time to some news & updates from my K~Max Klub!! This week we started the new January bead-along -everyday I posted sets of 50 rows for the members to work on (except Wednesday I had a glitch and couldn’t find one set) so on Thursday I put the whole pattern of the beading knome in our Klub files!! Some of my members have posted updates and also put final pictures to share with us! I’ll be sharing those with all of you too momentarily😃. If any of my Klub meme era missed any of the other ones, they too are in our files tab in the Klub page! When you work on one or finish I hope you’ll share your pictures with all of us like Karen and Jessica have done so this week😉. Now, I am so excited to introduce you all to the New January Kits!!! I just can’t believe how wonderfully these turned out😃. For January I decided to change things up and create a Daisy 2 drop Peyote pattern for the Peyote Bracelet in a box kit. Then I created a wonderful still life scene of a Flower Vase-also in 2 drop Peyote-as the pattern for the 5×7 Art in a Bag Kit. Let me go ahead and tell you a little bit more about each individual kit with the important dates for availability 😃.
Let’s begin with the Peyote Bracelet in a Box Kit! The Kit for January features beautiful Scenic Daisies for the pattern!! With each kit, each box will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed bracelet: A printed word chart (a color chart can be requested and be sent digitally), a needle, All Delica beads, plated bar ends and findings. Kit dates are as follows: Available from January 5, 2021 until January 30,2021 and then Kits will be mailed on or by February 7, 2021. A little FYI about kits…The PATTERN is ONLY available with this kit!! Delica Bead colors are subject to availability!!
Now on to the Art in a Bag Kit! The Art in a Bag Kit for January features a wonderful Still Life of a Flower Vase!! With each kit, each bag will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed Art: A printed word chart (a color chart can be requested and be sent digitally), a needle, All Delica beads, and an appropriate sized canvas for mounting completed art. Kit dates are as follows: Available from January 5, 2021 until January 30, 2021 and then Kits will be mailed on or by January 7, 2021.
