Hello & Happy Friday!! What a fun time I had last Saturday @ the RAM!! I did pretty well there and what was really great, was being able to see all of you again😃 How was everyone’s week?!?! Mine was great…if you have been following along on my pages this week, you’ll know that I finished and listed the Ballerina bracelet then started the sample of the February giraffe at sunset kit -I was even able to finish the sample and list it-however it was SOLD right away-then start another 5×7 WIP😉!! Have you seen them?!?! All the new PATTERN Listings?!?! Don’t worry if you missed seeing them, I’ll be showing you soon😉 In my K~Max Klub, there is nothing much going on-the Ribbon Heart bead-along is still going in and the pattern can be found in the file tab on our Klub page. Then we have Karen, who showed us her half way point on the ’Painted Dancer’ pattern from my shop😃 I’ll be showing all of this today…not as much as last week but still a lot-let’s get started😃!!
Shall we start with the WIP of the sample of the Giraffe @ Sunset bracelet kit?!?! I started this Monday morning and had 10 rows with 180 beads…background of mixed colors for the sunset so far😃. As I beaded through my Monday, more of the background colors for sunset appearing-what a blend of colors-just love doing sunsets😍 When I finished for the day, I found myself at row 50 with 900 beads. Kicked my Tuesday off with 60 rows and 1,088 beads…looks like there’s a few beads there that are the beginning of one of the giraffes! Throughout the rest of the day, more of the sunset was showing and both of the giraffes appeared-almost completely while I beaded more rows. I came to a stop for the day at row 100 with 1,800 beads. Wednesday I started my day off with more sets done( was able to do some before going to bed Tuesday) and started at row 120 with 3,160 beads. Both giraffes are completely done and now all that is left is background and more sunset😉. By the end of my Wednesday, I was able to complete the whole bracelet and finished with 168 rows and 3,024 beads in total!! I did get the chance to do the listing and put in my shop, however it didn’t last long…it was SOLD immediately!! Don’t worry though, you can still get a chance at getting the giraffes at sunset with the monthly kit where you can make one yourself!! Here are some of the working photos!!
Time for a new listing!!! This listing is of the peyote Beadwoven bracelet that I call ‘Ballet Dancer’. This was a simple bracelet to do in only 2 colors, but yet so beautiful! This would be a perfect bracelet for those ballerina fans or for those who are ballerina dancers themselves 😉. Next, I want to share with you the Kit of the Month for February! This is the First kit being offered after the New Year😃. It is of 2 Giraffes in a Sunset!! This is a 2 Drop peyote pattern and each kit will contain everything you need to create a Krafty Max Originally designed bracelet: A printed word chart In 2 drop peyote (a color chart can be requested and be sent digitally), a needle, All Delica beads, plated bar ends and findings. Kit dates are as follows: Available from February 7, 2022until March 3,2022 and then Kits will be mailed on or by January 7, 2020. A little FYI about kits…The PATTERN is ONLY available with these kits!!After March 3rd these patterns/kits will no longer be Available!! Delica Bead colors are subject to availability!!
Now let’s move on to the current WIP😃 So far no one has been able to guess who this 5×7 Art tapestry will be!! At 5 rows and 230 beads, it was all background with a hint of something else-that is where I started Thursday morning😉. By the time I have finished my day, I was at row 25 with 1,150 beads…more background with lots of hair and a tiny hint of forehead. Today, I started my day off at row 30 with 1,380 beads and of course more hair and skin showing from her forehead…still no guesses yet😁! Time for another new listing!! Have you seen them yet?!?! This week I worked on another 8 patterns😃. They are all Art 5×7 patterns. Since there are too many to show you individually, I have put them all in a collage for you to see and if you’d like to know more about a specific one, all you have to do is click on the link below the collage and it will take you to the pattern section of my shop and you’ll see them all there, plus all my other patterns😉!!
I would like to share with you all the fact that I do still have a few past available kits in my shop-a lot have sold out but there are still a few bracelet & art kits 😃. Also, I do have a special section just for patterns…I just might have that something special you have been looking for or even something you might not have expected to have😉. It’s been awhile since I have posted about my pattern section-but yep it’s there and do you know, if there is something you are looking for and is not there, you can pm me and I can work with you to create that special pattern you are looking for?!?! Anyways…let me show you the collage I have of what I believe I have left of the kits in my shop-you’ll find the link to that section under the photo😉. Did I mention that I have been working on a whole bunch of new patterns?!?! I should be putting them up soon but in the mean time, I have a sneak peek to show you all as well as the past kits. Last but not least, a quick update from my K~Max Group!😉. The Ribbon of Hearts bead-along is still going on and can be found in our file tab if you can’t find it by scrolling down as well as other and past bead-alongs! Karen has posted this past week that she has been working on my pattern ‘Painted Dancer’ and is about half way through! She has done a lovely job and I can’t wait to see her final results!! This will be my first big show of this new year and season and I am so excited for it and can’t wait!!
